By accessing or using services provided by Noetik Media Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, collaborators, and users engaging with our services, including but not limited to website design, digital marketing, branding, content creation, and consulting.

1. Services Provided

Noetik Media Services offers creative and professional services in the areas of digital branding, web development, social media strategy, graphic design, business consulting, and multimedia content creation. Specific deliverables and timelines will be detailed in your signed contract or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required to complete the project.
Communicate clearly and promptly to avoid delays.
Adhere to timelines outlined in the project agreement.

Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines and do not alter agreed payment terms.

3. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
Payment schedules and remaining balances are outlined in each individual agreement.
Final files, websites, or deliverables will not be released until the full balance is paid.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or withheld services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Noetik Media Services does not offer refunds. However, we strive for client satisfaction and will work to resolve concerns where possible.

Clients may cancel the contract without penalty if no work has been initiated.
If work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable, and the client may still be responsible for the remaining balance, depending on the terms of the signed contract.
If work has been completed and payment has not been made, legal action may be taken to recover the amount owed.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Revisions are included as specified in the original agreement. Additional revisions or work outside the original project scope may result in additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.

6. Ownership & Copyright

Clients receive full rights to final approved and paid-for deliverables.
Noetik Media Services retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Unused drafts, mockups, or concepts remain the property of Noetik Media Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. In such cases:

Completed work will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
Any unapproved drafts or unpaid deliverables will remain the property of Noetik Media Services.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and communications will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noetik Media Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
