Refund/Cancellation

At Noetik Media Services, all sales and service agreements are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we are deeply committed to client satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure you are happy with the results of your project.

If a client wishes to terminate a signed contract, the following terms apply:

​

• If no work has been started, the client may cancel the contract without penalty.

• If work has been completed or delivered and payment has not been made, Noetik Media Services is legally obligated to take action to recover the balance due, as per the signed agreement.

• If work is in progress, the client may request cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for any payments already made. Partial work may be delivered at our discretion based on the status of the project.
